About these terms

These terms cover your use of panellit.com, run by Panel-It ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you hire us, the written estimate and contract for your project govern that work, and they take priority over these terms where the two differ.

Using the site

You may browse the site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not copy large parts of it, scrape it, interfere with how it works or use it for anything unlawful.

Information on the site

Descriptions, timescales, materials and photos on this site are general information to help you plan. Every room is different, so they are not a quote, a specification or a promise that a particular design suits your space. Finishes such as natural stone, timber veneer and hand-trowelled plaster vary by nature, so the finished work may differ in colour and pattern from the photos.

Estimates and prices

• Estimate visits, measurements and drawings are free and place you under no obligation.
• A price is binding only once it is given to you in writing and accepted by you. It covers the scope shown on the agreed drawing.
• The price changes only if the design or scope changes, or if hidden conditions are found once work starts (for example damaged framing, unsafe wiring or missing structure). We will explain any change and agree it with you in writing before carrying it out.
• Payment terms, deposits, schedules and warranties are set out in your project contract.

Contacting us

When you send us photos, drawings or other material, you confirm you are allowed to share it and let us use it to prepare your estimate and carry out the work. How we handle your personal information is described in our privacy policy.

Our content

The text, photos, videos, drawings, logo and design of this site belong to Panel-It or are used with permission. You may not reuse them without our written consent. Designs we draw for you remain ours until the project is paid for, and may not be given to another installer to build.

Links to other sites

We may link to suppliers, manufacturers or social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

No warranty for the website

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or free of harmful code. Warranties for work we carry out are given in your project contract, not by this website.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Panel-It is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about them will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page applies from that date.
